QuantumTechX builds websites, web platforms and mobile apps — and keeps them standing after they are handed over. Code in production from week one, not slide decks.
We don't take every job. We take the ones where the gap between a good build and a bad one shows up on your balance sheet.
WEB
Websites and web platforms
From a business's presentation site to a platform with an admin panel and user accounts. Built so you can run it yourself without calling us for every line of text.
APP
Mobile apps
iOS and Android from a single codebase, wired into the system you already run on the web — not two separate products to maintain twice.
CARE
Project maintenance
Updates, backups, security and the small changes that come up every month. Including projects someone else built and then left without care.
Work
What we have shipped.
Five systems that are in use today. Click one to see what it is and who it was built for.
A QuantumTechX product
It answers Instagram and WhatsApp messages with AI and turns the conversation into a booking without leaving it. It picks up the language the customer writes in, splits the schedule by staff member and service, and gives every business its own public booking page. Sign-in goes through Meta's official system, with no password stored anywhere.
The online system where higher-education institutions in Kosovo go through accreditation and re-accreditation, and where confirmations are generated and verified. It runs on accounts — a working tool for the agency and the institutions, not a public page.
Kosovo Accreditation Agency
The site where the agency publishes accreditation decisions, standards, guidelines, expert lists and announcements. It is served in Albanian, English and Serbian, and links through to the e-Akreditimi platform.
A system for managing Kosovo's diplomas. Built with .NET and React.
Kosovo Education Center
A system for KEC's training centre that issues training certificates and keeps them verifiable online. The centre trains mostly teachers, so a certificate has to stay checkable long after the training itself.
Process
Four phases, no surprises.
The same four phases on every project. They are numbered because each one depends on the output of the one before it.
01
Discovery
We sit with your team until we know where the real problem is, what it costs today and what we will measure.
02
Prototype
Something clickable, tested with real users, before you commit to months of development.
03
Build
Two-week sprints, a demo at the end of each. It goes to production early and often, not once at the end.
04
Care
Monitoring, security updates and an SLA with response times in writing. We keep what we build running.
FAQ
The questions that come up most
If yours is not here, write to us — the answer will be short and straight.
Write us two or three sentences about what you need. We talk once, long enough to understand the problem properly, and then you get a proposal that says what is included and what is not.
It depends on how big the job is and what it has to do. We quote once we know what you need, not before. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
A presentation site is finished far sooner than a platform with user accounts and an admin panel. The timeline is written into the proposal, so you know it from the start.
You do. They stay yours even if one day you decide to continue with someone else.
Yes — it is one of the three things we do. Updates, backups, security and the small changes that come up in use.
Yes. We look at the code you have first and tell you plainly what can be repaired and what is better rebuilt.
